COVID-19 Policy

Party Fair takes the health and safety of our customers and employees very seriously.  So to help fight the spread we have made some temporary policy changes.

1. Store hours have been reduced to 10:00AM to 5:30PM everyday.

2. Face masks/coverings will be required to enter our store.  Make sure your masks covers your nose and mouth at all times.

3. All sales will be final.  No return or exchanges once the product leaves the store.

4. No merchandise will be available to try on in store.  Including Costumes, Masks, Wigs, Hats, etc.

5. We have suspended all outside balloon inflation.  We will only fill balloons purchased in our store that have not left the premises until further notice.

6. Public restrooms have been suspended until further notice.

7. Due to additional cleaning measures being taken we will no longer fill walk in balloon orders after 5:00PM.  We can however take balloon orders for a later pickup date.

We hope that as the situation improves we will be able to reinstate the old policies, but until then stay strong, stay safe.

These policies are in effect as of 6/22/2020.  We reserve the right to modify these policies or add new restrictions as needed.
