**Refund Policy**

Unopened and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days with receipt.  All returns will be credited based on the form of payment used during original purchase. Seasonal items may be returned up to 4 days before the date of the holiday.  Halloween items may not be returned after October 23rd.  Items that CANNOT be returned include clearance,  non-packaged merchandise, cosmetics, custom/personalized items, team/school spirit items, inflated balloons, helium tanks, hosiery, perishables, pinatas, bulk items, undergarments, weapons/props, wigs, hats, masks, costumes, and electronics.
